Daniel Dae Kim and David Paymer have signed with APA for representation in all areas.
Kim, one of the co-stars of ABC’s “Lost,” recently joined the cast of the A&E Network four-hour miniseries “The Andromeda Strain,” based on the novel by Michael Crichton about a deadly bacteria. In it, he plays Tsi Chou, a microbiologist who once served as the premier biological weapons designer for the North Korean government and now is a U.S.-based bioterrorism consultant.
“Strain” — from exec producers Ridley and Tony Scott, David W. Zucker and Tom Thayer — also stars Benjamin Bratt, Rick Schroder, Eric McCormack, Christa Miller, Andre Braugher, Viola Davis and Ted Whittall. Kim’s credits also include Fox Searchlight’s upcoming untitled Onion movie as well as “Crash” and “Spider-Man 2.” He additionally is repped by manager Steven Siebert of Lighthouse Entertainment and attorney Keith Klevan.
Paymer is onscreen in Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Ocean’s Thirteen,” opposite George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon. His numerous film credits also include “Mr. Saturday Night,” for which he received Oscar and Golden Globe nominations. The multihyphenate also has directed episodes of ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters” and “Grey’s Anatomy” and the CW’s “Gilmore Girls,” among others.
He continues to be repped by manager Susan Smith and APA’s literary department.
