Some new casting has been announced for Simon Fellows’ Malice in Wonderland (Sunderland), which will now star Maggie Grace (The Fog), Nathaniel Parker (The Haunted Mansion), Katia Winter, Bronagh Gallagher, Matt King and Paul Kaye.

Mischa Barton appears to have been recast by race who is now toppling the film alongside the previously announce Danny Dyer.

Jayson Rothwell’s script has Alice re-imagined as an American student who is hit by a London taxi and finds herself disoriented in Sunderland, where she has to navigate a macabre underworld of characters.

Maggie Grace will play the title role in Simon Fellows’ “Malice in Wonderland,” which will lense in Blighty. Grace will next be seen playing Liam Neeson’s daughter in “Taken,” and her credits include “The Jane Austen Book Club.”
