Lost actor Daniel Dae Kim will take to the London stage in The King And I.
The 40-year-old has been cast as the King opposite Maria Friedman's Anna in the Royal Albert Hall's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical.
Taking place in the late 19th century, The King And I follows British governess Anna Leonowens as she travels to Siam to tutor the King's children. The pair gradually learn about their contrasting cultures and grow to respect each other.
The Jeremy Sams-directed production will feature the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra playing songs such as 'Shall We Dance', 'March Of The Siamese Children' and 'Getting To Know You'.
The King And I begins at the Royal Albert Hall on June 12 and runs until June 28.
