LOST Media Mentions - DarkUFO

Thanks to Eileen for the heads up.

James "Sawyer" Ford started as the classic rogue with a shady past who parades around with a constant chip on his shoulder. Naturally, the men hate him and the women, while disgusted by his actions are cautiously curious about this tortured soul. He's not afraid to tell it like it is, which gains a certain amount of respect and before you know it he's warming up to the locals and even making friends.

Sawyer's the guy with the tough exterior who eventually turns out to be not so bad after all. He may not be the typical hero but just like Han Solo he's there for you when you need him the most. If you're not careful, he'll also be there for your girlfriends, wives and sisters as well.

Through the first five seasons, Sawyer's changed quite a bit. He's excelled far beyond the initial "bad boy" image and filled the role of a leader quite nicely during Jack's absence. He's proved that he gives a damn about those around him and that he's willing to risk everything to help them. Sawyer's come a long way from that rugged smart ass with a chip on his shoulder way back in season one. Thankfully, he still hasn't dropped the name calling or the smart ass remarks.

Here are just a few of Sawyer's best moments from the first seasons of Lost:

Not only were Boone, Shannon, Kate, Sayid and Charlie shocked to discover there were polar bears on what appeared to be a tropical island but they also learned that Sawyer was armed and dangerous. Thankfully for them, he was also a good shot.
