Are Jacob and MIB trying to disrupt the Lost Series Finale?

Here's a link to a Long Island (New York) based newspaper article, about a TV satellite that has somehow been knocked off course and
potentially into the path of a second satellite (owned by different companies). Short story, they won't crash, but they may pass relatively close to each other and cause some kind of signal disruption. The bigger issue? The timeframe predicts that the signal disruption, if it occurs, would happen around May 23. I don't think I need to tell you why that might get some people a bit worried lol.

Just figured I throw it out there -- the article says that no one has confirmed what channels or providers may be affected, but still...
First ABC and Cablevision fight, now the satellites are off course?

Maybe Jacob/MIB have some grand scheme in place to prevent the show from ending lol.
