The Vail Film Festival announced its Tribute Award recipients for the 2008 Festival, which will takes place Thursday through Sunday. Adrian Grenier will receive the innaugural Vail Film Festival Blue Sky Tribute for Environmental Activism....
The 2008 Renegade Award for risk-taking in film will go to actor Jeremy Davies. Davies has acted in over 20 films. He began building a repertoire with films such as “Nell” starring Jodie Foster, and went on to star in “Twister” with Helen Hunt, Steven Spielberg’s “Saving Private Ryan” with Tom Hanks and Matt Damon and Werner Herzog’s “Rescue Dawn” with Christian Bale. Jeremy Davies joined ABC’s hit series “Lost” for its fourth season in 2008.
